Battle 1 Results
Congratulations to Commander Deadbolt and his team on gaining the upper hand on the first battle! The Allies swept through the sector and pushed Commander Grollo's Italian forces aside to capture the strategic towns of Bardia and Tobruk.
The Allied intentions are clear, keep pushing westwards and drive the Italians out of North Africa for good. However the Italians are digging in on Tunisian border and will not move without a fight.

British 7th Armoured Division
Formerly the Mobile Division, the 7th Armoured Division is massively outnumbered, by Italian forces. However the commander of the 7th Armoured Division, Major-General Sir Michael O'Moore Creagh, is quietly confident, that despite the odds he can drive the Italians back out of Egypt and into Libya, perhaps destroying the Italian 10th Army in the process.
Italian 10th Army
The Italian Tenth Army is based in the eastern side of Libya in Cyrenaica. The Tenth Army is one of two Italian armies in Italian North Africa. The other army, the Italian Fifth Army, is based in Tripolitania on the eastern side of Libya and faces French Tunisia.
The Tenth Army consists of ten divisions, of which four were used when the army advanced into Egypt on 13th September 1940. Four infantry divisions and the Malleti Group, which includes most of the M11/39 medium tanks available and numerous L3 tankettes have reached Sidi Barrani. Defensive positions have been prepared in order to await the inevitable counter attack.
